Supervisor 5G

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the 5G sales team to meet sales targets and ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (Both Volume and Value) for each team member.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, increase customer acquisition, and retain existing customers.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to sales representatives to improve performance and product knowledge.
  • Oversee and optimize van sales routes to ensure maximum efficiency and coverage in potential areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track and report to HOD on competitors’ activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
  • Ensure timely stock availability and coordinate with the logistics team to manage supply.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking progress and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within the sales team and operations
