Sales Supervisor- TT

  • Collaborate with members of the Sales team to penetrate key markets.
  • Be actively involved in Business Development and ensure sustained growth in business
  • Maintain Customer Database and ensure effective Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure achievement of targeted Topline Revenue
  • Assist the Accounts Department with follow-up on receivables as and when required
  • Liaise with the Suppliers and efficiently manage the procurement process
  • Ensure “Customer Delight” through impeccable service and high-quality products
  • Present Sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to Sales Director
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Measure and influence Gulfa distributor’s productivity & competitors’ activities as well,
  • Develop potential wholesalers.
  • Provide Timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Sell to the targeted new accounts and customers with multiple outlets
  • Sell in new products, equipment, and merchandising techniques to existing customer base where opportunities are identified by the TDM.
  • Sell in authorization for products, packages, and promotions to all regional accounts within the territory.
